02What we collect

Information you give us through the contact form:

• first and last name;
• work email address;
• company name and country;
• your message, the service you are interested in, and how you heard about us;
• your consent to be contacted about our products, services and offers, and the time you submitted the form.

Information sent automatically when you visit the site. Like every website, our hosting provider's servers receive your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you request and the time of each request, and record them in standard server logs. Our content delivery providers receive similar technical data when your browser loads the scripts the site uses.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

03How we use it

• to read and reply to your enquiry, and to take steps you ask for before entering into a contract with you;
• to contact you about our products, services and offers, where you have given consent;
• to keep the site secure, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems, using server logs;
• to meet legal, tax or regulatory obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

04Legal bases (EU and UK visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR:

• Consent, for marketing contact. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Steps prior to a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, for replying to your message.
• Legitimate interests, for site security and server logs.
• Legal obligation, where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.

05Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as far as they need it:

• Hostinger, which hosts the website and keeps its server logs;
• Google, which provides the Google Sheets and Gmail services where enquiries are stored and delivered to our team;
• Cloudflare (cdnjs) and jsDelivr, which deliver the animation and scrolling scripts the site loads.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order or a competent authority, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others. If our business is reorganised or sold, information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.

06International transfers

We are based in Pakistan, and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on the safeguards built into our providers' terms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect information transferred out of the EEA or the UK.

07How long we keep it

• Enquiries submitted through the contact form are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted, unless you become a client.
• If you become a client, we keep information for as long as the engagement requires and afterwards for as long as legal, tax or accounting rules require.
• If you withdraw marketing consent, we stop marketing to you straight away and keep only a note of the withdrawal so we respect it.
• Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider, typically a few weeks.

08Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, enquiries are stored in access-controlled accounts, and only the people who need enquiries to do their job can see them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

09Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your information;
• stop contacting you for marketing, at any time.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to restrict or object to our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, although we would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

To exercise any right, email contact@probntech.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we will respond within one month.

10California residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. The categories we collect are identifiers and professional information (from the contact form) and internet activity (from server logs), used for the purposes described above.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

11Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12Cookies

The site does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. Our Cookie Policy explains this in more detail.

13Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if what we collect or how we use it changes, for example if we add analytics. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and for significant changes we will make the update clear on the site.
