These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Command Center platform and related services provided by Prob N Tech (Pvt.) Ltd. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" means the AI Command Center software and all related services
- "User", "You" means any individual or entity using our services
- "Content" means any data, text, files, or materials uploaded to the Platform
- "AI Agents" means automated assistants deployed through our Platform
2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter contracts
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform for illegal purposes
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use AI Agents to harass, deceive, or harm others
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
- Use the Platform in ways that could damage our reputation
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of your Content. By uploading Content, you grant us a license to:
- Store and process your Content to provide services
- Create backups for disaster recovery
- Analyze anonymized data to improve our Platform
We do NOT use your proprietary data to train general AI models.
5. AI Services
Our AI Agents are designed to assist your business operations. You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs may contain errors and require human review
- You are responsible for AI Agent actions on your behalf
- AI Agents should not be used for critical decisions without human oversight
- We continuously improve AI capabilities, which may affect behavior
6. Fees and Payment
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
- Overdue payments may result in service suspension
- Refunds are provided per our 30-day satisfaction guarantee
7. Service Level Agreement
We commit to 99.9% uptime for our Platform. Downtime for maintenance is excluded. See our SLA page for details and remedies.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including all software, designs, and documentation, is owned by Prob N Tech. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform during your subscription.
9. Confidentiality
We will treat your business data as confidential and:
- Not disclose it to third parties except as needed to provide services
- Use industry-standard security measures
- Delete data upon account termination per our Privacy Policy
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for losses from AI Agent recommendations
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Platform, your Content, or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- We may terminate for violation of these Terms
- Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
